Vespertine emerged in the day rather than early evening, in order to take part in Make it York's Easter Festival on Parliament Street. On the first day, York Past and Present and My Future York used archive images to help residents imagine the Future of city using drawing and words.
On day 2, audience members could create their own plastic viewer, to use with their smart phones and tablets, to make a magical 3-D hologram of Vespertine creatures.
"Loved making a hologram, thanks for showing us how to do this - great thing for us to try at home."
